How Do I Apply to Shepherd?

1. Submit application to http://www.cfwv.com/applications/shepherd_college/apply.html

2. Submit $45 application fee

3. Submit high school transcripts and ACT/SAT test scores

4. Submit official transcripts from all colleges or universities attended. If you have earned more than 26 college level credits, the high school transcripts and test scores are not required.

The following items are not required to be considered for admissions, but need to be submitted to complete the enrollment process.

• Military transcripts. The military transcripts will be evaluated for possible transfer credit.

• Certificate of Eligibility (COE)

• DD214

• Form 22-1995; if you are transferring education benefits to Shepherd from another college/university (http://www.va.gov/vaforms/landing2_relatedlinks.htm)

• Veteran Enrollment Certification Request
