Shepherd University Affiliated Programs

Shepherd University has agreements with the following study abroad providers that offer opportunities to study at universities around the world for about 6 weeks in the summer, a semester, or the academic year. Program materials are available at the study abroad office as well as online. Students apply to the affiliate programs, and once accepted, and pay all fees directly to the affiliates. Costs vary by program, location, length of stay, and amenities. All affiliates offer competitive scholarships. Most also provide study abroad internships.

CIS: Center for International Studies

API: Academic Programs International
Semester/Academic year/Summer/Intensive two-week and month long/Internship programs to Costa Rica, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Spain, and the United Kingdom.

AIFS: American Institute for Foreign Study
Semester/Academic year/Summer programs to Argentina, Australia, Austria, China, Czech Republic, England, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Russia, South Africa, Spain, and Multi-country. Internships are available in Australia, England, France, and Italy.

ISA: International Studies Abroad
Semester/Academic year/Trimester/Summer/Intensive Month/Internship/Volunteer programs to Argentina, Chile, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, England, France, Italy, Mexico, Peru, Spain, Multi-country Europe, and Multi-country Latin America.
