March 5, 2009 Dear Shepherd University Community: Recently, many of you participated in the Crossroads Conversations held to introduce the direction of our new Strategic Plan and the possible funding options available to us as we plan for its implementation. Thank you for attending these sessions; the questions and input you provided have been extremely informative for determining our next steps. There was a lot of information introduced to you at these sessions. I know that many of you have been continuing to think carefully about the proposed strategic plan, funding it, and the impact it will have on you, your department, your students, and beyond.
