Shepherd's Scarborough Society to host wine tour

(Shepherd's Scarborough Society to host wine tour)

Shepherdstown, WV--The Scarborough Society of Shepherd University is offering a wine tour in Loudoun County, Virginia, on Saturday, May 14. The trip will feature stops at the Hillsborough and Breaux Vineyards with lunch at Magnolia's at the Mill followed by a stroll through the antique stores and curio shops in Purcellville.

This is the second year for the event which is hosted by the Scarborough Society and the Shepherd University Foundation. The Scarborough Society supports the continued operation and programs of the Ruth Scarborough Library.

The bus will leave from the front of the Scarborough Library at 10:15 a.m. and return around 4:30 p.m. The cost for the trip, including lunch and wine tastings, is $55 per person. For more information, or to register contact the Shepherd University Foundation office at 304/876-5021.
