Shepherd University's Common Reading Program and Shepherdstown Film Society present film on February 8 ISSUED: 1 February 2013 Shepherdstown, WV--The Shepherd University Common Reading Program and Shepherdstown Film Society will present the film "Something the Lord Made" on Friday, February 8 at 7 p.m. in Reynolds Hall. A discussion will be led by Dr. Heidi Hanrahan, assistant professor of English at Shepherd. The film and discussion are free and open to the public. The event is cosponsored by Friends of Shepherdstown Library (FOSL). Shepherd's Common Reading selection this academic year is "The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks" written by Rebecca Skloot.
