Shepherd and Blue Ridge CTC sign agreement

Shepherd University President Suzanne Shipley and Blue Ridge Community and Technical College President Peter G. Checkovich signed a 2+2 articulation agreement which allows eligible students to seamlessly earn a baccalaureate degree in general business at Shepherd after earning their associate's degree in business at Blue Ridge CTC. The signing took place Tuesday, October 2 at Blue Ridge CTC's Martinsburg campus.
