Shepherdstown, WV--Shepherd University will be holding a talk by Mark Sterner on the effects of drunk driving November 3 at 8 p.m. in Erma Ora Byrd Hall. Sterner's own spring break was turned deadly when drunk driving took the lives of friends. Sterner's talk will be sponsored by the Department of Health, Physical Education, Recreation, and Sport.
