Shepherdstown, WV--Shepherd University education students will hold a Jamaican dinner in the Dining Hall, lower level, on Friday, November 2 from 5-7 p.m. to raise money for their teaching practicum in Jamaica.

The menu will consist of mini crab cakes with curry aoili, shrimp stir-fry, jerk chicken, pan-seared white fish with fresh herbs and traditional seasoning, red beans and rice, grilled veggie skewers with balsamic vinaigrette, and Jamaican fruit cake and mango/coconut bread pudding with vanilla rum sauce for dessert.
