Online Chatting As many of you may already know, the Office of Admissions has been using different types of technology to reach our prospective students. One area that we are continuing to use is online chat. In previous years we have offered chat sessions every other month to answer general questions regarding Shepherd University and to help students through the process. This year we have made some changes. Instead of offering opportunities to chat with Admissions, we have included other offices. First-Year Experience, Financial Aid, Retention, Registrar, and Honors are examples of the offices that are using this technology.
