Retention Steering Committee Formed (and Meeting)

The Retention Steering Committee has been formed to coordinate a campus-wide retention plan. The committee has met twice and will continue to meet monthly. Composed of faculty, staff, and students, we have charged ourselves with coordinating a campus-wide retention plan. We will provide education through outreach programs, serve as resources, and communicate with the Shepherd community about University-wide retention efforts and initiatives. As a reflection of the small student-centered community it serves, the committee is dedicated to a focus on the individual as well as the collective and this dedication will be reflected in its efforts.
