Change in Staff Please join me in welcoming Staci Berg as our new financial aid counselor and Carol Miller as our new information systems specialist. Staci has more than seven years experience in customer service and a broad knowledge of financial aid. She is a graduate of the School of Business and Social Sciences of Shepherd University. In addition to counseling students regarding financial aid policies and procedures, she will be working primarily with the institution's scholarship program and all state financial aid programs, including the PROMISE Scholarship. Carol comes to us from the Admissions Office where she has worked with transfer articulation over the last few years. She brings with her a comprehensive knowledge of the Banner system. She will be responsible for all electronic processing, statistical analysis, and inconsistent data resolution. |
