Satisfactory Academic Progress

All students will be measured against the federally mandated Satisfactory Academic Progress requirements as soon as grades are posted and grade point averages are calculated at the end of the spring semester. Students will be notified should they have a status which is determined to be probationary or ineligible. They will also be afforded the opportunity to appeal their status with proper documentation and advisor support. Generally, students must complete 70 percent of all of the credit hours they attempt while maintaining a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0. The complete policy and appeal form can be found online at:
