Admissions Banner Enhancements The Office of Admissions is going to start moving forward with two projects that will aid in the efforts to recruit students. These projects are: 1) the addition of a self-service application and 2) the electronic uploading of ACT/SAT scores automatically into Banner. With the assistance of David Thompson and IT services, both of these projects are projected to be completed by the summer. The benefits of utilizing the self-service application are reducing data entry backlogs and to allow us to evaluate students quicker. The benefits of electronically uploading SAT/ACT scores are to assist in evaluation applications faster and to provide the prospective students with communication about Shepherd in a more effective manner.
