Final Grading Rosters Final rosters will be sent electronically to all faculty during the 1st week in December. Grades are due by 9am on Monday, December 18. We encourage you always to be looking at your official rosters through RAIL, which pick up registration changes immediately. We process many registration petitions throughout the semester, and there is often a lag between the time that a petition is approved and the time the student can actually be added to the roster, particularly if a payment is due or a hold must be resolved. If you're waiting until the very end to see an electronic roster in your inbox, you may miss the fact that a student is still not registered (it happens!) at a point in the semester when it is almost impossible to gather signatures or call a committee together to resolve a petition. RAIL is there to give you the best up-to-the-second information about who's registered (or not). |
