Grading Forms and Students

We have recently noticed an increase in the number of students being sent to the office, on behalf of faculty members, to pick up Special Grading Forms from our office: Change of Grade, Incomplete Grade, etc.

In order to maintain the integrity of the grading process and the academic record, Special Grading Forms must be transmitted directly to--and directly from--the faculty member. We cannot provide these forms to students, nor can we receive or process forms delivered by students.
