Happy New Year! It is the hope of the Enrollment Management Division that 2010 was a productive and rewarding year. Enrollment Management made several advances, most notably in technology.
Implemented centralized scheduling (EMS Campus) in conjunction with IT Services and Academic Affairs.
Employed the electronic catalog (Acalog) with assistance from Academic Affairs and the Office of University Communications (previously External Affairs).
Enhanced financial aid education through the implementation of the online, 24-hour access program called "Financial Aid TV," with the financial support of Academic Affairs and technical support of the Office of University Communications.
Developed a financial aid literacy program utilizing Cash Course for prospective and current students.
Improved graduate communications by implementing automated communication through Hobson's Connect. Admissions worked closely with the Graduate Council, Graduate Program Coordinators, and IT Services.
Impacted student success through the development of RETAIN, a retention module designed to identify, communicate, and improve retention. This has been realized with the help of IT Services and the Student Success Committee.
