Drive time from the Washington and Baltimore
beltways is about 75 minutes, Frederick is about 45 minutes, Hagerstown
is 30 minutes, Martinsburg is about 15minutes.
FROM WASHINGTION, DC
(about 1.5 hrs): Take I-270 to Frederick Bypass, I-70; Take Exit 49,
Turn Left on 40 Alt. to Braddock Hts.-Boonsboro; Turn Left in Boonsboro
on MD 34 to Shepherdstown.
ALTERNATE ROUTE:
From I-70 take Route 340 towards Charles Town, WV. Take Route 230 to
Shepherdstown. Bridge traffic during rush hour sometimes causes delays
so please give yourself ample travel time.
FROM LEESBURG, VA (about 45 minutes): Take Route 7 to Route 9
through Charles Town, WV to Kearneysville; Turn Right on Route 480 to
Shepherdstown.
FROM I-81: Take Exit 16 East in Martinsburg; Take Route 45 to
Shepherdstown.
