Contemporary Theater Studies: Open House

Prospective theater students can attend either an open rehearsal/theater workshop on October 13 or a performance on November 3 of the fall production of Wondrous Strange as part of the Shepherd University Open House programs. The November 3 performance is free to all prospective Shepherd University student guests and will include a post-performance talk back.

Wondrous Strange

The Contemporary Theater Studies Major is proud to share a plays that asks: What haunts us? What traces will we leave behind? Four imaginative playwrights use Kentucky’s rich ghost lore as the springboard for a wide-ranging, unexpectedly funny exploration of the paranormal and reveals how ghost stories reflect the living in this comedic, ensemble based show written by by Martyna Majok, Meg Miroshnik, Jiehae Park, and Jen Silverman.
