EXTERNAL CALLING
Lift handset from cradle; dial tone is heard. Dial the direct outward dialing access code 9 plus the area code and number.

CALL WAITING
Call waiting tone is heard during converstion. To answer new call, press link, flash or switchook button once momentarily (first call will be put on hold); talk to incoming caller. Press link, flash, or switchook button to alternate callers. Or abandon the current call by pressing the release key or replacing handset in the cradle; ringback tone is heard. Lift the handset to converse with new caller.

*To Cancel:
Lift handset from cradle; dial tone is heard. Dial the cancel call waiting code *77, then dial number. It is only active for the duration of the call; when you hang up, call waiting is active again.
