FIELD WORK
An integral part of a student's total education experience at Shepherd University is field work at local agencies during the student's senior year. Working at an agency provides the student with an intensive practical experience as he or she becomes involved in meeting human welfare needs. The field placement is frequently cited by students as their most valuable learning experience.
