Shepherd Swing Cats!
Shepherd College Swing Cats was an offically recognized organization at Shepherd started spring semester 1999. In fall of 2005 the Shepherd University Swing Cats started up again and have steadily been growing in number ever since.
Our purpose is to get people together in one place who love to swing, or who want to learn and put on the music and DANCE! No experience is necessary to attend dances and you don't need a partner. We have people dancing that are very new to swing and also people who have taken swing dance classes before, but no one is professional...yet. :)
We also take trips to local swing dances in Fredrick, D.C. and Baltimore. They have always been a blast!
