Come have your voice heard! ALL students are welcome, and encouraged to attend!

The SGA has been hard at work on various projects this semester so far (such as the Halloween Carnival of Shep-Or-Treat) and our committee representatives have been trying their best to represent you, the students (on issues such as important proposed changes to the academic calendar, and the planning of Dr. Shipley's Inauguration). But now, we want to stop for a moment and find out what you think.

The Constitution of the SGA states that all students are members of the SGA, which is meant to represent the student body, and protect the rights and privaleges of the students. So to best represent you, we need you to come and speak your mind. Tell us what we've been doing right so far, and tell us what we've been doing wrong. You know what we've done so far this semester -- now tell us what you'd like to see us doing throughout the rest of this academic year. This is your chance to direct the SGA where you'd like to see it go.

Also, this is a great chance to catch up on what's happening at Shepherd that you might not already know. Since the SGA is involved in many aspects of the campus, we can fill you in on important issues like upcoming construction projects, and allow you the chance to voice your opinion on these matters ahead of time.

Multiple members of our Executive Board will be present to talk with you. Also, members from the new SGA General Studies Committee, whose goal is to work with faculty on issues concerning the General Studies curriculum, will be available to gather your opinions and thoughts on the matter.

Let us bridge the gap between the SGA and the student body. All students are encouraged to attend the Student Forum.
