Relay For Life

Relay For Life is a fun-filled, overnight event that empowers everyone to help fight cancer by raising money and awareness to support the American Cancer Society’s lifesaving mission. Teams of students camp out on Shepherd's Midway and take turns walking/running to raise money for the ACS. Since 2003, Shepherd University has raised over $429,000 in support of the American Cancer Society. Relay For Life symbolizes the hope that people lost to cancer will never be forgotten, that those who face the disease have support, and that one day cancer will be eliminated.

Relay For Life of Shepherd University 2012 will happen on March 30-31, 2012. Want to take part in the 2012 event? Interested in being a part of the planning committee? Contact Julio Ferreris, the event chair, at jferre03@shepherd.edu. Click here to register.
