Shepherd University Conference Rates

Housing

Westwoods & Miller Hall:

Total occupancy: 51 suites @ 4 persons to a two bedroom suite w/ bath, living room and AC – (7 three story West Campus residence halls)
*Double Occupancy: $31.50 per person/per night
*Single Occupance: $47.50 per person/per night

Shaw and Thacher Halls:

Total occupancy: 150 per building (including conference staff to a residence hall) double room with AC - West Campus
*Double Occupancy: $28.50 per person/per night
*Single Occupance: $39.50 per person/per night

Kenamond and Turner Halls:

Total occupancy: 150 per building (including conference staff to a residence hall) double room/NO AC - East Campus
*Double Occupancy: $22.50 per person/per night
*Single Occupance: $30.50 per person/per night

Gardiner Hall:

Total occupancy: 120 (including conference staff to a residence hall) double room/NO AC - East Campus
*Double Occupancy: $22.50 per person/per night
*Single Occupance: $30.50 per person/per night

Interns Only Birch/Maple Apartment Housing:

$33.50 per person per night. No meal plan.

Emergency Door Alarm Reset/Room Lockout/Late Check In & Out Fee:

Each group will be allowed either two (2) room lockouts and/or Emergency Door Alarm resets AND/OR Late check In/Out per building without incurring a $5 charge for each room lockout/alarm reset/check in & out per building per day.

Lost/Damaged Key Cost/ Key Card Credit:

(Damaged key to be determined within 5 working days of checkout) $242.50 per each for lost West Woods building key. Lost keys for Turner are $130.00 each. A credit of $100.00 will be applied towards any invoiced lodging balance for any residence hall that uses key cards if ALL key cards are returned and returned undamaged and working.

Linens:

Fans, pillows, blankets, linens, and bath towels are NOT provided with the rooms. Each group is responsible for providing their own fans, pillows, blankets, towels, and linens. A linen service (bath towel, hand towel, bath mat, washcloth, pillowcase and 2 single size sheets) is available at $7.50 plus tax per person with 21 day advance notice and a minimum order of 25 sets.

Meals

(Dining Hall Meals cannot be provided for groups less than 25 people)

All regularly scheduled meals are served in the Dining Hall unless prior arrangements have been made at least 10 business days in advance of your meal date. Dining Hall Meals cannot be provided for groups less than 25 people. Additional charges may apply.
*25 or more people: $22.00 per day for 3 meals
The day rate may be pro-rated per meal if a group does not require three meals per day.
*Breakfast prorated at 29%: $6.50
*Lunch prorated at 35%: $7.50
*Dinner prorated at 36%: $7.90
Three and under are free w/ parent. Twelve and under are 25% off the per meal/day price.

Pricing per Hour

or $7.00 per person, per day or fraction of the day on weekdays for multiple rooms***
$8.00 per person, per day or fraction of the day on weekends/holidays for multiple rooms*** ***No exclusivity for facility use. Group is entitled to use only the rooms which fir their itinerary and they have scheduled in advance. Other groups can schedule rooms not reserved by group.

Games Zone:

(Bowling and Billiards in Student Center)
*$70.00 per hour

Academic Classroom:

pricing similar to Student Center Off-campus pricing list which is dependant on the capacity of the rooms.

Shepherd University Wellness Center:

Conference guests may utilize the Wellness Center during regular operating hours as guests and can learn more about rental rates and guest fees on their website. Please visit www.shepherdwellness.com for hours of operation and more information on group rentals, guest fees, and services available.

Butcher Center

*$1,000 per day or $100 per hour for less than 4 hours for non-admission charging events. Rental is subject to availability.

Athletic Fields

(Softball, Soccer, Baseball, or Ram Stadium fields are available to Shepherd University camps only) Practice field and Intramural fields are $5.00 per camper per camp session for each off campus group.
