Housing

Westwoods:

Total occupancy: 44 suites @ 4 persons to a two bedroom suite w/ bath, living room and AC – West Campus
*Double Occupancy: $28.00 per person/per night
*Single Occupance: $40.00 per person/per night

Miller Hall:

Total occupancy: 7 suites @ 4 persons to a two bedroom suite w/ bath, living room and AC – West Campus
*Double Occupancy: $28.00 per person/per night
*Single Occupance: $40.00 per person/per night

Shaw and Thacher Halls:

Total occupancy: 150 per building including conference staff to a residence hall double room with AC - West Campus
*Double Occupancy: $24.00 per person/per night
*Single Occupance: $34.00 per person/per night

Kenamond and Turner Halls:

Total occupancy: 150 per building including conference staff to a residence hall double room WITHOUT AC - East Campus
*Double Occupancy: $19.00 per person/per night
*Single Occupance: $26.00 per person/per night

Gardiner Hall:

Total occupancy: 120 including conference staff to a residence hall double room WITHOUT AC - East Campus
*Double Occupancy: $19.00 per person/per night
*Single Occupance: $26.00 per person/per night

Intern Birch/Maple Apartment Housing:

$20.60 per person per night. No meal plan.

Room Lockout Fee:

Each group will be allowed two (2) room lockouts and/or Emergency Door Alarm resets per building without incurring a $5 charge for each room lockout/alarm reset per building.

Lost Key/Key Card Cost:

$25.00 per key/key card

Linens:

Pillows, blankets, linens, and bath towels are NOT provided with the rooms. Each group is responsible for providing their own pillows, blankets, towels, and linens. A linen service (towels and sheets) is available at $6.50 plus tax per person with 21 day advance notice and a minimum order of 25 bundles.

Meals

All regularly scheduled meals are served in the Dining Hall unless prior arrangements have been made at least 10 business days in advance of your meal date. Dining Hall Meals cannot be provided for groups less than 25 people. Additional charges may apply.
*25 or more people: $21.00 per day for 3 meals
The day rate may be pro-rated per meal if a group does not require three meals per day.
*Breakfast prorated at 29%: $6.00
*Lunch prorated at 35%: $7.35
*Dinner prorated at 36%: $7.65

Dining Hall meals cannot be provided for groups of less than 25 people.
Three and under are free w/ parent. Twelve and under are 25% off the per meal/day price.

Facility Fees

Student Center:

Conferece Meeting Rooms
*$6.00 per person/per day or fraction of the day on weekdays
*$7.00 per person/per day or fraction of the day on weekends/holidays

Games Areas (bowling and billiards in Student Center)
*$100 per 2 hours

8 lane Swimming Pool/Wellness Center (located in Sara Cree Hall)

*$120.00 per hour for a one hour minimum. Requests are subject to the availability of lifeguards. One lifeguard on duty required for every 20 swimmers. Additional lifeguards are $20.00 per hour for each additional lifeguard. Availability for groups during the week is limited from 3-4PM and after 8PM with more availability on weekend afternoons. Conference guests may swim and use the Wellness Center during their regularly scheduled operating hours on a space available basis for $5.00 per person for under 16 and 55 and older (senior). All others are $8.00 per person. The Wellness Center is closed for holidays and weekends that fall adjacent to a holiday.

Butcher Center

*$1,000 per day or $100 per hour for less than 4 hours for non-admission charging events. Rental is subject to availability.
