Who is Livingston?
Livingston is the huggable, loveable, Shepherd University mascot. He can be seen around campus, weather permitting, whenever something exciting is happening. Livingston loves football games, Relay for Life, and any other campus event. He recently had 3 children (seen below) with two very sheepish ladies! Livingston was named after our previous president, Dr. David Livingston Dunlop, just as all of our previous mascots were named. Shepherd's new president, Dr. Suzanne Shipley, does not have a middle name! Dr. Shipley has her namesake in one of Livingston's daughters.... Suzanne! Dr. Shipley has been very kind in allowing Livingston to keep his station until he decides to go into retirement of his own accord.
Livingston currently enjoys very chic living quarters at the farm of Barbara Byers, Director of Counseling Services.
