Registration Procedure

To help us assist in securing your requested session, we ask that all students list their first and second preferences. We will make every effort to assign the first choice but once a session has been filled, an alternate date will be assigned.

Two ways to register:

1 - Online Registration

Click here for FIRST YEAR STUDENT advisement registration.

Click here for TRANSFER/READMIT advisement registration.

2 - Complete and return the reply card in the self-addressed stamped envelope that was provided in the letter sent to the permanent address of the student.

Telephone registration will not be accepted.

After we have assigned the student's advisement registration date, a confirmation letter will be sent to the student. AR groups are small to ensure a more intimate experience. Because of this, be advised that space is limited for each session.

To ensure that we are adequately prepared, it is imperative that students attend their session on their confirmed date. If a student does not receive a confirmation card, the student should call (304)876-5214 to confirm his\ her date. We suggest that students not make travel plans until a confirmation card has been received.

If necessary, contact and apply for University Housing. Students interested in on-campus housing are encouraged to file an application through Residence Life, located on the ground floor of Miller Hall. Students may stop by the office to pick up an application, call (304) 876-5172, or visit the Residence Life website for more information.
