Room and Board Fees

RESIDENCE HALL RATES ARE PER SEMESTER

East Side Traditional Residence Halls (Gardiner, Kenamond, Turner):

$2,420 for double occupancy
$3,630 for single occupancy

$100 refundable Damage Deposit required


West Side Traditional Residence Halls (Shaw and Thacher):

$2,470 for double occupancy
$3,705 for single occupancy

$100 refundable Damage Deposit required


Miller Hall and West Woods Complex (Boteler, Burkhart, Lurry, Martin Honors Housing, Moler, Yost):

$2,815 for double occupancy
$4,222 for single occupancy

$100 refundable Damage Deposit required


Dunlop (formerly Birch) and Printz (formerly Maple) Apartments:

$3,095 for double occupancy (rooms 200/300 are $3,221)
$4,590 for single occupancy (rooms 200/300 are $4,837)

$100 refundable Damage Deposit required

A nonrefundable Advance Room Payment of $100 must accompany the Residence Hall Contract in order for the Contract to be processed. The student must have the Damage Deposit on file or pay the Deposit with the Advance Room Payment.


MEAL PLAN RATES

Required meal plans for residents of suites and traditional halls.

All rates for required meal plans are per semester.

19 meals plan + 8 bonus meals all students $1,950.00
15 meal plan + $115 dining dollars + 8 bonus meals 25+ credit hours $1,920.00
12 meal plan + $225 dining dollars + 8 bonus meals 57+ credit hours $1,880.00
300 meals/semester + 200 dining dollars all students $2,170.00

Ram Deluxe 120 meals and $185 dining dollars $945.00
Shopper 45 meals and $340 dining dollars $625.00
Commuter Express 65 meals and $140 dining dollars $575.00
Budget Express 40 meals and $150 dining dollars $420.00

Pricing of board plans must account for a multitude of different factors including overhead costs of production and economies of scale; therefore the price of reduced meal plans is not simply prorated according to the number of meals included or by the cost of individual meals.


SUMMER TERM FEES

Summer 2013, the cost of a double room will be $1119 for each six-week term; $1680 for each six-week term for single, if available. All students are housed in the Dunlop or Printz apartments. The student must have the Damage Deposit on file. Room and board fees are subject to change at the start of each new academic year.
