Residence Hall Rates. All rates are per semester.

Residence Halls (Gardiner, Kenamond, Shaw, Thacher, & Turner):
$2,216 for double occupancy
$3,324 for single occupancy

Traditional Daily Double Rate: $20.1454 per day
Traditional Daily Single Rate: $30.2181 per day

$100 refundable Damage Deposit required

Miller Hall and West Woods Complex (Boteler, Burkhart, Lurry, Martin, Moler, Yost):
$2,551 for double occupancy
$3,827 for single occupancy

Suites Daily Double Rate: $23.1909 per day
Suites Daily Single Rate: $34.7909 per day

$100 refundable Damage Deposit required

Birch and Maple Apartments:
$2,786 for double occupancy (rooms 200/300 are $3,068)
$4,179 for single occupancy (rooms 200/300 are $4,607)

Apartment Daily Double Rate: $25.3272 per day
Apartment Daily Single Rate: $37.9909 per day

Deluxe Apartment Daily Double Rate: $27.8909 per day
Deluxe Apartment Daily Single Rate: $41.8818 per day

$100 refundable Damage Deposit is required

A nonrefundable Advance Room Payment of $100 must accompany the Residence Hall Contract in order for the Contract to be processed. The student must have the Damage Deposit on file or pay the Deposit with the Advance Room Payment.

Meal Plan Rates

Required meal plans for residents of suites and traditional halls. Optional for apartment residents and commuter students. All rates for required meal plans are per semester.

19 meals plan + 8 bonus meals all students $1,849.00
15 meal plan + $105 dining dollars + 8 bonus meals 25+ credit hours $1,819.00
12 meal plan + $200 dining dollars + 8 bonus meals 57+ credit hours $1,779.00
300 meals/semester + 200 dining dollars all students $2,059.00

Optional Meal Plans for Apartment Residents and Commuter Students.

Ram Deluxe 120 meals and $185 dining dollars $900.00
Shopper 45 meals and $340 dining dollars $600.00
Commuter Express 65 meals and $140 dining dollars $550.00
Budget Express 40 meals and $150 dining dollars $400.00

Pricing of board plans must account for a multitude of different factors including overhead costs of production and economies of scale; therefore the price of reduced meal plans is not simply prorated according to the number of meals included or by the cost of individual meals.

Summer Term Fees

Summer 2012, the cost of room will be $1066 for each six-week term; $1600 for each six-week term for single, if available. All students are housed in the Birch or Maple apartments. The student must have the Damage Deposit on file. Room and board fees are subject to change at the start of each new academic year.
