Birch & Maple Apartments

Birch and Maple provide apartment living to junior and senior level students. Each building has three floors with approximately twelve apartments with interior access on each floor. An apartment consists of a full kitchen, living room, bathroom, and two or three bedrooms. Three bedroom units have two bathrooms. Vending machines and free laundry facilities are located in the lobby of each building.

A typical apartment provides:

• Kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove, and oven
• A living room with love seat, chair, coffee table, and end table
• A full bathroom
• Two single beds (bunkable) with extra-long mattresses in each bedroom
• Two individual desks and chairs in each bedroom
• Two closets in each bedroom (no doors)
• Two three drawer chests in each bedroom
• Blinds
• Lighting
• Telephone, cable, internet hook-ups
• Carpeted floors
• Air Conditioning
