SHEPHERDSTOWN, WV — The Shepherd University College Republicans and the Jefferson County Republican Party will host two primary debates on Tuesday, April 5, in the Robert C. Byrd Center for Congressional History and Education auditorium.
The first debate will take place at 6:30 p.m. between candidates for State Senate District 16, Joe Funkhouser and Patricia Rucker. The second debate starts at 7:30 p.m. for candidates in House of Delegates District 67, Riley Moore and Daniel Swisher. Dr. Joseph Robbins, associate professor of political science, will moderate both debates.
