WEST VIRGINIA RESIDENCY

Residency in West Virginia allows a student to pay in-state fees. The Higher Education Policy Council of West Virginia has developed a policy for determining residency (attached to the application). The application form is in the wall rack in the hallway near the Registrar's Office as well as on the wall rack in the Registrar's reception area. Deadlines for consideration for a future semester apply, so be sure to file in a timely fashion.  Mail or bring the form to:
