PETITION FOR LATE GRADUATION

Steps for Petitioning (valid through the end of the semester when the application was due)

  1. The student gets the petition form and the application for graduation from the Office of the Registrar , along with instructions to get the advisor's signature on the petition at the same time the advisor signs the senior evaluation form.
  2. The student gets the department chair's signature on the petition.
  3. The student takes both forms (petition and application for graduation) to the Cashier's Office to pay the graduation fee.
  4. The completed forms are then brought to the Office of the Registrar for consideration by the Admissions and Credits Committee.
