CLASS EXAMINATIONS
Final examinations for classes that meet one night per week should be given on the night the class meets during the week of final examinations. Final examinations for classes that meet two night per week should follow the schedule below:

NOTE

CONFLICTS
Please adhere strictly to the Final Examination Schedule as printed above for all classes. Changes are not to be made unless permission is given by the Vice President for Academic Affairs.
FINAL
GRADES
Final grades will be due in the Office of the Registrar
no later than 9:00 am, Monday, April 29.
Grade reports are mailed only to freshman and high school students. All other students receive their grade reports electronically at their shepherd.edu email accounts, or via RAIL.
Grade Symbols
In addition to the standard grades of A-F,
I for Incomplete, W for Withdrawn, and P
for Pass, the following grades are also used:
AU
for audit
IF
for failure due to irregular withdrawal (never attended OR stopped
attending and never formally withdrew)
I/
for incomplete replaced by the grade that follows the slash
/R
for a course repeated under the 60-hour rule
<
for a course repeated after 60 hours
