60 HOUR REPEAT RULE A student who earns a D or F grade in any course completed no later than the semester or summer term that the 60th semester hour is attempted may repeat the course prior to receiving a baccalaureate degree to be considered under this rule. The course(s) must be repeated at Shepherd University. In such a case, the original grade of D or F shall be disregarded, and the subsequent grade shall be used for determining the student's grade point average. The original grade shall not be deleted from the student's record. The 60 Hour Course Repeat Application must be completed any semester when you register to repeat a course taken within the first 60 hours if you wish this rule to be applied.
