Lost Cards

If you Lose your Rambler Card:

1. Report lost or stolen cards immediately at the on-line card office or to (304)876-KARD (5273). However, you will need to create a Rambler account login to check your balance, review transaction history, and report your card lost/stolen.  Your user name is your 9 digit Shepherd ID number.  A password will be emailed to you. Simply click on the "I'm new here" link on the upper right area of the online card office page.  Click Rambler OnLine Card Office
2. Stop by the Rambler Card Office to see if we have your card or to get a new Rambler.
3. Your initial card is free. A $25 fee will apply for each replacement card issued.
4. Don't have any money to replace a lost Rambler? No Problem, you can charge the cost to your Shepherd University student account.
