SHEPHERDSTOWN, WV — Shepherd University’s Program Board is sponsoring a screening of the 2017 film “Dunkirk” on Tuesday, November 28, at 8 p.m. in the Student Center Storer Ballroom. The event is free and open to the public.
The film depicts the true story of the evacuation of Dunkirk in Northern France during World War II after Allied forces were pinned down by German troops. “Dunkirk” was written, directed, and co-produced by Christopher Nolan and is a joint British, American, French, and Dutch production that was distributed by Warner Bros. Entertainment.
