The Performing Arts Series at Shepherd University invites you to join us for our 15th ANNIVERSARY celebration of Appalachian roots featuring literature, storytelling, dance, music, art, and free workshops in beautiful Shepherdstown, West Virginia. Here you will find traditional artists deeply rooted in the hills and valleys of Appalachia with words and music to stir the heart.
Join in on jam sessions, take part in a community sing or workshop, dine on fantastic food in one of Shepherdstown's many restaurants, and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of West Virginia's oldest town. This is a weekend of events for the whole family! Except for the two evening concerts, all events are free and open to the public.
