SHEPHERDSTOWN, WV — Shepherd University art students Ashli Cheshire and Tyler Huffman will exhibit their work in a show titled Network at the Phaze 2 Gallery at Shepherd’s Center for Contemporary Arts, November 11 to December 4. An opening reception will be held Monday, November 11 from 5 to 7 p.m.

Cheshire and Huffman’s work is designed to push the viewers to question their dependence on and consumption of digital media.

The dichotomy of digitalism and organic nature is expressed in the aesthetics of the exhibition. Utilizing the skills of a fine artist and a designer, Network will have four connected but distinct components, combining handmade and digital artistry.

The exhibit is free and open to the public. For more information, contact kgergely@shepherd.edu.
