Brett Lemley
Brett Lemley has been performing since 1987, and has enjoyed a wide-ranging career. For years, he was in demand as a piccolo trumpeter, featured in performances of the great repertoire of that instrument. He has also shared the stage with Joe Lovano and Doc Severinsen, and currently performs with the Tom Cunningham Orchestra as lead trumpet, and with Blue Sky 5, whose 2004 album, "Tin Goose Jump," received critical acclaim, and the band's upcoming release, "Five Minutes More," looks to be even better. Mr. Lemley has also served as the director of the jazz ensemble at Herndon High School in Herndon Virginia, for the last six years, with much success.
