Guitar Ensemble

The Shepherd University Guitar Ensemble is a group of 10+ members comprised primarily of guitar majors. The class is subdivided into trios, quartets, etc and often incorporates other instrumentalists and vocalists.

The focus is on the accurate, musical and expressive performance of repertoire ranging from the Renaissance to world premieres.

Admission is by audition only. Guitar Majors and Minors are required to take the class each semester along with private instruction.
