Monthly meeting: June 10th
HIGHLIGHTS AND CONCERNS

2. Mentoring: THE WOMEN'S CAUCUS SUPPORTS THIS PROGRAM AND EXPRESSED CONCERN OF THE NEED FOR IT TO BE DUPLICATED IN THOSE ACADEMIC AREAS WHERE IT DOES NOT CURRENTLY EXIST.
Anna Mary Walsh explained the mentoring program that many classified employees would like to see put into place for new full-time staff members. Mentoring is currently being accomplished by the English Department and for the adjuncts in the Business Administration Department.
