The special meeting was called to order by Chair Kevin Williams at 3:10 p.m.

1. The minutes of the February 9, 1998, meeting was approved with the amendment to Interdisciplinary Studies & Procedure 23 to read: Dr. Stern informed the committee that Interdisciplinary Studies & Procedure 23 was not approved by the Senior Staff.
