Scarborough Library Conference Room Reservations

The library has four conference rooms that may be reserved using the campus Virtual Event Management Software found at http://succ.shepherd.edu/virtualems/. Questions regarding room reservations may be directed to Theresa Smith (304)876-5217 / tsmith@shepherd.edu.
Please Note: All of the conference rooms listed below are self-service.
Conference Room 243 seats 8 and is equipped with a whiteboard. Live ports and WiFi are available for laptop/iPad use. Projectors are available for check out at the Public Services desk. A phone is available for conference calls upon request. Any audio visual needs or computer/equipment set-up requirements must be arranged in advance through Media Services.
Conference Room 308 seats 15 and is equipped with a whiteboard and LCD Monitor. Live ports and WiFi are available for laptop/iPad use. Projectors are available for check out at the Public Services desk. Any audio visual needs or computer/equipment set-up requirements must be arranged in advance through Media Services.
WV Conference Room 309 seats 12 and is reserved mainly for departmental, committee, and staff meetings. A phone is available for conference calls. Any audio visual needs or computer/equipment set-up requirements must be arranged in advance through Media Services.
Conference Room 343 seats 8 and is equipped with a whiteboard. Live ports and WiFi are available for laptop/iPad use. Projectors are available for check out at the Public Services desk. A phone is available for conference calls upon request. Any audio visual needs or computer/equipment set-up requirements must be arranged in advance through Media Services.
Instruction room 256 seats up to 29 and is heavily used for classes. The room comes equipped with three whiteboards, a Smart Board, an LCD Monitor, a podium with laptop, a built-in projector and screen. Any audio visual needs or computer/equipment set-up requirements must be arranged in advance through Media Services.
Only Instruction Room 256 may be reserved for semester-long classes. Instructors must place requests for semester-long class reservations through the Registrar's office.
