- Celebrate Valentine's Day by Allowing Us to Set you up With a Blind Date!
Browse the personal ads at the library! The library is offering to set you up with a "blind date:" the brown paper wrapped book and/or movie blindly selected by you. Read the "personal ad" attached to each of our blind date books and DVDs, then select and check out the date that most appeals to you. As a little extra, you'll enjoy some valentine's chocolate on us! Our Valentine's celebration runs February 4 through February 22, 2016.
- Student Art Exhibit on the Common Reading: Alone Together
Stop by the Reading Room to see 15 juried student artworks in three sections of Art 140: Visual Thinking I last fall. The students artwork is in response to the ideas presented in the Shepherd University Common Reading: Alone Together by Sherri Turkle. The exhibit will run through Friday March 11.
- Digital Catalogs and Cohongoroota Yearbooks Now Available
The library is excited to announce its inaugural digitization project for the Shepherd University Special Collections, an ongoing project that will greatly benefit the students, faculty and alumni of Shepherd University by making historical Shepherd University documents available via the Internet.
