AOL Browser Issues

If you are using the AOL browser to access our website, you will need to launch the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser (IE) or Netscape browser over your AOL browser.
The AOL browser cannot handle security levels with certain applications. When you move from one search screen to another, it assigns a new URL address every time, leaving your ID logged onto the previous page you just viewed and presumes you are a new person trying to log on with the same ID.
Please read the following instructions for starting your Internet Explorer or Netscape browser.

Internet Explorer Users
After logging on to AOL, minimize your AOL welcome screen. Find the "Start" button located on the lower
left portion of your screen. Click the "Start" button to bring up a selection menu, scroll up to "Programs"
which will open another set of menus. Find the "Internet Explorer" folder, and select Internet Explorer to
launch your browser.

Users should have the latest browsers which resolve various bug issues. Please check your browser version.
If you have IE 3.0, you will need to upgrade your browser to at least version 4.0 SP1 and ultimately to the latest version.
If you have Netscape 3.0 you will need to upgrade to the latest version. To check your browser version, start your browser (see above), select Help, scroll to and select About (See Examples Below)
