System Down Hotline page

IT Services has implemented a “System Down Hotline” so you can report problems which occur after hours and on the weekend. Problems occurring with the following services may be reported:
The web server
Mail (student and employee)
Learning Management System (Sakai)
Computer labs
The service is available to employees only for reporting systems that are down between the hours of 5:00 PM and 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Saturday and Sunday hours will be 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Please note this service is not available on:
New Year's Day Memorial Day
July 4th Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day

Before reporting a problem, please check this page to see if the outage was planned. The phone number to report problems is 876-4907. This phone number is not a help desk and it is not staffed to help you learn how to use our technology. For support issues, please call the help desk at 876-5457 between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm Mondays through Fridays.
