AutoText in MS Word

Word has a feature that makes creating documents easier and faster called AutoText. AutoText does just what it says. It automatically inserts chosen text. Various commonly used phrases and text are stored in Word for this use.
To access the AutoText menu:

Adding your own phrases or text can also customize the AutoText feature. To customize AutoText, click on “AutoText” from the cascaded menu.
