Authorization to Use Banner |
Access to Banner is authorized by Data Custodians. They determine
what access is needed and discuss the appropriate use of the information provided. They are
responsible for explaining how and when to use Banner.
Print and fill out the Banner Access Cover Form,
then submit it to the appropriate Data Custodian. The Data Custodian will submit the necessary
form to I. T. Services for you to get access. |
