Authorization to Use Banner |

Access to Banner is authorized by Data Custodians. They determine
what access is needed and discuss the appropriate use of the information provided. They are
responsible for explaining how and when to use Banner. Data custodians are responsible for
completing a Banner Access Form and submitting it to IT Services for processing. Contact the
appropriate custodian and have them submit a
Banner Access Form for you. |
