In an effort to further strengthen collegiality and introduce Shepherd faculty and staff to current and prospective students and the community, a new Pets of Shepherd website was developed by Dr. Colleen Nolan, dean of the School of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, and Tim Haines, director of marketing and digital strategy. The site features photos of Shepherd faculty and staff with their pets along with a brief description of why they chose to be a pet owner. Dogs rule at Shepherd, with 28 dogs featured with their owners. Two cats make an appearance as well as a cow, two horses, and a pair of donkeys.
